We’ve been having fun with our first Elf on the Shelf experience! I will admit that I haven’t hid the elf very well every night…but it has still been fun! My daughter is 4, so she doesn’t really notice when I don’t put a ton of effort into the setups 🙂
It has also been a fun way of helping to get our sleepyhead out of bed in the mornings! If she wants to hit snooze, we just remind her that she needs to figure out what her elf got into the night before. It doesn’t work all the time, but having a goal for her to fixate on sure does help!
Printable elf goodbye letters
I used the same templates as I used for the 12 free printable Elf on the Shelf welcome letters I did. So you can grab the same one you used for the arrival letter or switch it up!
Like the arrival letters, I also included 6 designs. And each design has one with writing/a little goodbye poem or blank lines to write on. Whatever floats your boat.
